About Khadim

Khadim is a technology platform that facilitates pickup and delivery services connecting customers, independent riders, and third-party service providers such as laundry shops and tailors. Khadim does not directly provide laundry or tailoring services.

Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older.
• You must provide accurate and complete information.
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws.

User Accounts

Users may be required to register using a mobile number or other details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Khadim is not responsible for unauthorized access due to user negligence.

Services Offered

• ✂️ Tailoring pickup and delivery

Service availability depends on location and partner availability.

Role of Khadim

Khadim acts as an intermediary platform. We connect customers with riders and service partners, and facilitate logistics and tracking.

Khadim is not responsible for:

• Quality of laundry or tailoring work
• Delays caused by partners
• Disputes related to service workmanship

Orders & Pickups

Once an order is confirmed, a rider will be assigned based on availability. Customers must ensure someone is available at the pickup address. Failure to provide access may result in cancellation.

Pricing & Payments

• Service prices are determined by partner shops or tailors.
• Khadim charges a service fee for pickup and delivery.
• Payments are currently made via cash on delivery unless specified otherwise.
• All charges are shown before order confirmation.

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be canceled before reaching the shop. Once items are picked up, cancellation may not be possible. Refunds, if applicable, will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Garment Responsibility

Khadim is not liable for:

• Normal wear and tear
• Color fading
• Shrinkage
• Damage caused by undisclosed fabric issues

Any complaint must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Prohibited Use

• Provide false information
• Abuse riders, partners, or staff
• Misuse the platform
• Attempt fraud or unlawful activity

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

Changes to Terms

Khadim may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of updated Terms.
