About Khadim

Khadim is a technology platform that connects customers with verified female house helpers for household cleaning services and facilitates pickup and delivery services by connecting customers, independent riders, and third-party service providers such as laundry shops.

Khadim does not directly provide laundry, dry cleaning, or other third-party services. These services are performed by independent service providers.

Khadim trains its house helpers and conducts background verification to improve service quality and customer confidence. However, customers are advised to remain present during indoor services and should not leave the house helper unattended while work is being performed.

Eligibility

By using Khadim, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You will use the platform only for lawful purposes.

User Accounts

To use certain services, you may be required to register with your mobile number or other requested information.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• Keeping your account information accurate and updated.
• All activities conducted through your account.

Khadim is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.

Role of Khadim

Khadim acts solely as a technology platform that connects customers with independent house helpers, riders, and third-party service providers.

Khadim is not responsible for:

• Theft, loss, or damage of personal belongings during indoor services.
• Damage to clothes caused by laundry or dry-cleaning partners.
• Delays caused by riders, house helpers, or third-party service providers.
• The quality or workmanship of services provided by independent partners.
• Any disputes arising directly between customers and independent service providers.

House Helper Services

Our female house helpers provide household assistance such as:

• Floor cleaning
• Washroom cleaning
• Kitchen cleaning
• Refrigerator cleaning
• Laundry
• Ironing
• Other household tasks requested by the customer

Customers are expected to:

• Provide a safe working environment.
• Clearly explain the required tasks.
• Treat house helpers with respect and dignity.
• Remain available during the service.

Laundry Pickup & Delivery

For laundry services:

• Khadim only provides pickup and delivery services.
• Laundry, dry cleaning, and ironing are performed by independent laundry shops.
• Prices, processing times, and service quality are determined by the respective laundry partner.
• Khadim is not liable for shrinkage, color fading, fabric damage, or any issues resulting from the laundry process.

Pricing & Payments

Service prices are displayed before order confirmation.

Laundry and other third-party service prices are determined by the respective service provider.

Khadim may charge a separate booking, convenience, or delivery fee.

Unless otherwise stated, payment is made through Wallet or Cash on Delivery (COD).

Additional payment methods may be introduced in the future.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate pickup and service addresses.
• Ensure someone is available during pickup or service.
• Handle valuable or fragile items responsibly.
• Inspect services before completion whenever possible.
• Report complaints promptly through Khadim Support.

Prohibited Use

Users must not:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Abuse, threaten, or harass house helpers, riders, staff, or service partners.
• Use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
• Misuse or interfere with the operation of the platform.
• Create fake accounts or place fraudulent bookings.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khadim shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of income or business.
• Damage or loss caused by independent service providers.
• Events beyond our reasonable control, including traffic delays, weather conditions, strikes, or technical failures.

Changes to These Terms

Khadim reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated terms become effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
